SALES MANAGER
to join its Management team.

Sales Manager overview:

The Sales Manager will actively promote and sell the brand and services, maximise revenue and achieve sales targets while managing key accounts. The role also involves generating a demand and subsequently a pipeline of accounts for the hotel, building and developing strong relationships, managing new client accounts, revenue generation, local PR and marketing.

Sales Manager key responsibilities:

Work within a team and report to the General Manager & Regional Sales Manager.

Proactively seek out new accounts for accommodation and conferences and increase market share for the hotel.

Demonstrate bringing best practice new account planning to the team along with a high focus of joining up with teams across the business.

Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline (short, medium and long term), coordinating support and driving activity.

Proposal support on selected pitches / proposals.

Lead the promotion, execution and communication of client feedback.

The ideal candidate for this position:

Possess excellent management skills.

Will have excellent leadership & organisation skills.

Will be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels.

Will have excellent sales and customer care expertise.

Be able to show drive and determination and have the ability to strengthen our position inthemarket place.

Will have an excellent understanding of revenue, selling and negotiation would be essential.

Will have experience on a sales data system.

Have the ability to deliver against set targets.

Should be fluent in English.

Experience in a similar sector would be essential and previous experience in the hotel industry sales would be a distinct advantage.
