Canada led foreign investments in Armenia in 2012, accounting for more than a fourth -- $102 million of $391 total investment. According to the National Statistical Service, Russia made $83 million in investment, with Switzerland accounting for $39 million.
Most of Canadian and Swiss money went into mining, while Russia and France led investments in telecommunications.
